Refund policy
We want the return process to feel as easy and lovely as possible, so here are a few little details to keep in mind:
Return Timeframes
- 1–10 Days: Items returned within 1–10 days are eligible for a full refund to the original form of payment.
- 11–20 Days: Items returned within 11–20 days are eligible for electronic merchandise or store credit.
- After 30 Days: Returns are generally not accepted after 30 days.
Product Condition
To qualify for a refund or store credit, products must contain more than 90% of the original product, measured by weight.
All clearance items are final sale and not eligible for returns.
Sending Your Return
If you need to send something back our way, please be sure to include your order number with your return so we can easily match your package to your order.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and original shipping costs are non-refundable. Once your package arrives safely back at our facility and we’ve had a chance to check everything over, any eligible refund will be processed to the original form of payment used for the purchase. If a refund is issued, the cost of return shipping will simply be deducted from your refund.

For exchanges, delivery times can vary depending on where your new treasure is headed. We’ll get it on its way to you as soon as we can, and then it’s just a little matter of letting the postal magic do its work.
A Little Shipping Magic
For items valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or adding shipping insurance, just for a little extra peace of mind. While we’ll absolutely keep an eye out for your return, we can’t guarantee that a package will make its way safely back to us once it’s in transit.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
