Shipping Information
Orders placed Monday - Friday will be processed within 3-4 days. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed the following Monday.
Following the processing of your order, you will receive an email notification. Follwed by an email with tracking details.
We ship via Fedex or USPS to the lower 48 states with the following shipping services and fees: (Please note delivery estimates are reflected in business days)
FREE Economy Shipping on orders of $75 or more in the continental United States.
FREE Economy Shipping on orders of $20 or more for APO/AFO shipping addresses in the continental United States. Shipped via USPS only. Delivery time will vary.
All other shipping rates are calculated at check-out.
Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii will be done through USPS Priority. Shipping rate will be calculated at check-out.
International Shipping is only available to Canada at this time. Shipping to Canada is through USPS, UPS, or DHL. Shipping rate will be calculated at check-out.
Free shipping offers and promotions apply to US lower 48 states only, and utilizes economy shipping options. Some exclusions may apply.
Once packages leave Meadows & Myths facilities, we entrust our shipping partners to provide service and delivery as stated with our terms of agreement. We do not have control of their services, but will always do our best to help our customers. If you are experiencing a problem please contact customer service and we will assist you or direct you to the proper shipping partner for questions and concerns.

Please note that free local delivery is limited to the ZIP codes listed above. Orders placed with a delivery address outside of our delivery area may need to be canceled or have an alternative shipping option arranged.

Return Policy
We want you to love every chapter.
Because our products are personal-care items, we cannot accept returns of opened or used products. Unopened and unused products may be returned withing 14 days of delivery.
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or you experience a problem with a product, please contact us at cusomerservice@meadowsandmyths.com. We will work with you to make it right.
Return Timeframes
- 1–14 Days: Unopened and unused products returned within 1–14 days are eligible for a full refund to the original form of payment.
- After 14 Days: Returns are generally not accepted after 14 days.
Product Condition
To qualify for a refund or store credit, products must be unopened and unused.
All clearance items are final sale and not eligible for returns.
Sending Your Return
If you need to send something back our way, please be sure to include your order number with your return so we can easily match your package to your order.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and original shipping costs are non-refundable. Once your package arrives safely back at our facility and we’ve had a chance to check everything over, any eligible refund will be processed to the original form of payment used for the purchase.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Please include photos of the item and packaging. We'll work with your to make it right, including a replacement or refund when appropriate.
For exchanges, delivery times can vary depending on where your new treasure is headed. We’ll get it on its way to you as soon as we can, and then it’s just a little matter of letting the postal magic do its work.
A Little Shipping Magic
For items valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or adding shipping insurance, just for a little extra peace of mind. While we’ll absolutely keep an eye out for your return, we can’t guarantee that a package will make its way safely back to us once it’s in transit.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
